শিশু সুরক্ষা মানদণ্ডChild Safety Standards

PHM Live শিশুদের বিরুদ্ধে যৌন নিপীড়ন ও শোষণ (Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation — CSAE) এর ব্যাপারে শূন্য সহনশীলতা নীতি অনুসরণ করে। এই পাতায় আমাদের অবস্থান, প্রতিরোধ ব্যবস্থা, অভিযোগ জানানোর পথ এবং দায়িত্বপ্রাপ্ত যোগাযোগের ঠিকানা বিস্তারিতভাবে দেওয়া হলো। PHM Live maintains a zero tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). This page sets out our position, the measures we take to prevent it, how anyone can report it, and the designated point of contact for child safety matters.

১. CSAE এর প্রতি শূন্য সহনশীলতা1. Zero tolerance for CSAE

PHM Live এ শিশুদের যৌন নিপীড়ন বা শোষণ সম্পর্কিত কোনো কিছুই বরদাশত করা হয় না। নিচের যেকোনো একটি কাজ কঠোরভাবে নিষিদ্ধ: Nothing connected to the sexual abuse or exploitation of children is tolerated on PHM Live. Every one of the following is strictly prohibited:

• শিশু যৌন নিপীড়নমূলক বিষয়বস্তু (CSAM) তৈরি, সম্প্রচার, শেয়ার, সংরক্ষণ বা তার লিংক দেওয়া — বাস্তব, আঁকা, বা কম্পিউটারে তৈরি, যেকোনো রূপে। Creating, broadcasting, sharing, storing or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — real, drawn, or computer-generated, in any form.
• শিশুকে যৌনভাবে উপস্থাপন করা, এমনকি ইঙ্গিতে বা রসিকতার ছলেও। Depicting a child in a sexualised way, including by suggestion or as a joke.
• শিশুর সাথে যৌন উদ্দেশ্যে সম্পর্ক গড়ার চেষ্টা (grooming), অথবা তার কাছ থেকে ছবি বা ভিডিও চাওয়া। Attempting to build a relationship with a child for sexual purposes (grooming), or soliciting images or video from a child.
• শিশু পাচার, শিশুকে যৌন কাজে ব্যবহার করা, বা এমন কাজে সহায়তা করা। Child trafficking, sexual exploitation of a child, or facilitating either.
• CSAE এর পক্ষে ওকালতি করা, তা স্বাভাবিক বলে প্রচার করা, বা এমন আগ্রহ প্রকাশ করা। Advocating for CSAE, normalising it, or expressing such an interest.
• শিশুর ছবি বা তথ্য দিয়ে কাউকে ভয় দেখানো বা মুক্তিপণ দাবি করা (sextortion)। Using a child's images or information to threaten or extort (sextortion).

এই নিয়ম ভাঙলে প্রথমবারেই স্থায়ীভাবে অ্যাকাউন্ট বন্ধ করা হয় — কোনো সতর্কবার্তা দেওয়া হয় না — এবং প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে আইন প্রয়োগকারী সংস্থাকে জানানো হয়। জমা থাকা কয়েন, ডায়মন্ড বা অনিষ্পন্ন উত্তোলন বাতিল হয়ে যায়। Breaking this rule results in permanent account termination on the first instance — no warning is given — and, where applicable, a report to law enforcement. Any coins, diamonds or pending withdrawals are forfeited.

২. এটি শুধু প্রাপ্তবয়স্কদের প্ল্যাটফর্ম2. An adults-only platform

PHM Live কেবল ১৮ বছর বা তার বেশি বয়সীদের জন্য। অ্যাকাউন্ট খোলার সময় জন্মতারিখ দিতে হয় এবং ১৮ বছরের কম হলে অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি করা যায় না। ব্যবহারের শর্তাবলিতেও এই বয়সসীমা স্পষ্টভাবে বলা আছে। PHM Live is for people aged 18 or over only. A date of birth is required at sign-up, and accounts cannot be created below that age. This age limit is also stated plainly in our Terms and Conditions.

কোনো অ্যাকাউন্ট ১৮ বছরের কম বয়সী কারও বলে সন্দেহ হলে — রিপোর্ট থেকে, তদারকির সময়, বা লাইভে দেখে — আমরা অ্যাকাউন্টটি সাময়িকভাবে বন্ধ করে বয়স যাচাই করি। যাচাইয়ে ব্যর্থ হলে অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থায়ীভাবে বন্ধ করে তথ্য মুছে ফেলা হয়। Where we suspect an account belongs to someone under 18 — through a report, during moderation, or from a live broadcast — we suspend the account and carry out an age check. If the check fails, the account is permanently closed and the data deleted.

আমরা একাধিক স্তরে ব্যবস্থা নিই, যাতে ক্ষতি হওয়ার আগেই তা ঠেকানো যায়: We work in several layers so that harm is stopped before it happens:

• অ্যাকাউন্ট খোলার সময় বয়সের বাধা — জন্মতারিখ যাচাই করে ১৮ বছরের কম বয়সীদের প্রবেশ ঠেকানো হয়। Age gate at sign-up — the date of birth check blocks anyone under 18 from creating an account.
• মানুষের তদারকি — আমাদের দল লাইভ রুম ও প্রোফাইল নিয়মিত পর্যবেক্ষণ করে এবং সন্দেহজনক কিছু পেলে সরাসরি লাইভ বন্ধ করে দিতে পারে। Human moderation — our team monitors live rooms and profiles, and can end a broadcast on the spot when something looks wrong.
• অ্যাপের ভেতরে রিপোর্ট — প্রতিটি প্রোফাইল, লাইভ রুম ও কথোপকথনে রিপোর্ট করার ব্যবস্থা আছে, যা যেকোনো ব্যবহারকারী কয়েক চাপে ব্যবহার করতে পারেন। In-app reporting — every profile, live room and conversation carries a report option that any user can reach in a few taps.
• অগ্রাধিকারমূলক পর্যালোচনা — শিশু সুরক্ষা সংক্রান্ত রিপোর্ট সারিতে সবার আগে যায় এবং আগে দেখা হয়। Priority review — child safety reports move to the front of the queue and are reviewed first.

• হোস্ট ও এজেন্সির দায় — হোস্ট ও এজেন্সিদের এই নিয়ম মানতে ও প্রয়োগ করতে বাধ্য থাকতে হয়; নিয়মভঙ্গে সহায়তা করলে তাঁদের বিরুদ্ধেও একই ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হয়। Host and agency accountability — hosts and agencies are required to follow and enforce these rules; facilitating a breach carries the same consequences for them.

৪. কীভাবে রিপোর্ট করবেন4. How to report

যে কেউ — PHM Live ব্যবহার করুন বা না করুন — শিশু সুরক্ষা সংক্রান্ত অভিযোগ জানাতে পারেন। তিনটি পথ আছে: Anyone can raise a child safety concern, whether or not they use PHM Live. There are three routes:

৫. আমরা কী ব্যবস্থা নিই5. What we do about it

শিশু সুরক্ষা সংক্রান্ত অভিযোগ পাওয়ার পর আমরা এই ধাপগুলো অনুসরণ করি: When a child safety report reaches us, we follow these steps:

1. তাৎক্ষণিক ব্যবস্থা — সন্দেহজনক লাইভ সাথে সাথে বন্ধ করা হয় এবং অ্যাকাউন্টটি তদন্ত শেষ না হওয়া পর্যন্ত স্থগিত রাখা হয়। Immediate action — the broadcast in question is ended at once and the account is suspended pending review.
2. পর্যালোচনা — আমাদের নিরাপত্তা দল অগ্রাধিকার ভিত্তিতে ঘটনাটি খতিয়ে দেখে। Review — our safety team examines the case as a priority.
3. স্থায়ী নিষেধাজ্ঞা — অভিযোগ প্রমাণিত হলে অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থায়ীভাবে বন্ধ করা হয় এবং সব ব্যালেন্স বাতিল হয়। Permanent ban — where the report is substantiated, the account is permanently closed and all balances are forfeited.
4. কর্তৃপক্ষকে জানানো — প্রযোজ্য আইনের অধীনে প্রয়োজন হলে আমরা সংশ্লিষ্ট আইন প্রয়োগকারী সংস্থাকে জানাই এবং তাদের তদন্তে সহযোগিতা করি। Reporting to authorities — where required under applicable law, we notify the relevant law enforcement agency and cooperate with their investigation.
5. প্রমাণ সংরক্ষণ — তদন্তের প্রয়োজনে সংশ্লিষ্ট নথি ও প্রমাণ আইনসম্মতভাবে সংরক্ষণ করা হয়। Evidence preservation — relevant records and evidence are preserved lawfully for the purposes of the investigation.

৬. আইন মেনে চলা6. Compliance with child safety laws

PHM Live যেসব দেশে ব্যবহৃত হয়, সেখানকার শিশু সুরক্ষা সংক্রান্ত প্রযোজ্য আইন মেনে চলতে প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ। বাংলাদেশে এর মধ্যে রয়েছে শিশু আইন ২০১৩, পর্নোগ্রাফি নিয়ন্ত্রণ আইন ২০১২ এবং মানব পাচার প্রতিরোধ ও দমন আইন ২০১২। আমরা Google Play এর Child Safety Standards নীতি এবং শিশু যৌন নিপীড়ন ও শোষণ সংক্রান্ত ডেভেলপার নীতিমালা অনুসরণ করি। PHM Live is committed to complying with applicable child safety laws in the countries where it is used. In Bangladesh these include the Children Act 2013, the Pornography Control Act 2012, and the Prevention and Suppression of Human Trafficking Act 2012. We adhere to Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and its developer requirements on child sexual abuse and exploitation.

বৈধ আইনি অনুরোধ পেলে আমরা কর্তৃপক্ষকে প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য দিতে বাধ্য এবং সে অনুযায়ী সহযোগিতা করি। Where we receive a valid legal request, we are obliged to provide the necessary information to the authorities and we cooperate accordingly.
